Listing Screen Explained

Listing Screen – this screen gives a 360° view of all leads in the system

Menu button   – This button on the far left controls the listing that is shown on screen.

  • The “Home” listing will show all open leads.
  • The “Open Leads” screen will show leads that are at the stage “Unassigned”, “Assigned”, “Accepted”, “Contacted”, “Appointment”, “Estimated”, “Negotiations” or “On-hold”.
  • The “Closed Leads” screen will show leads that are at the stage “Dead”, “Sale”, or “No Sale”.
  • The “All Leads” screen will show all leads.
  • The “Deleted” leads screen will show leads that have been deleted (for admin users only).
  • The “Incomplete Tasks” screen will show a listing of incomplete tasks that are associated with specific leads or were created by the user.
  • The “Completed Tasks” screen will show a listing of all completed tasks that are associated with specific leads or were created by the user.
  • The “All Tasks” screen will show both incomplete and completed tasks associated with specific leads or created by the user.

Column Menu button – This button on the far right lists all of the columns that can be displayed on the listing screen. The user can select or deselect each column name to display or hide it.

Sprocket/Gear button (on the listing screen)  – This button opens a menu where users can export the data on screen or create a user task.

  • Export Leads – This button prompts the user to export all of the leads on screen (either open, closed, or all) along with the data in all columns.
  • Create User Task – This button prompts the user to create a specific task along with a due date and time. Depending on the user’s permissions, the user may also be able to assign the task to another user.

Create Lead button  – This button opens a screen where users can quickly create a new lead.
