Notification Types Defined

New Lead – This notification is sent to a user when a new lead has been created within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines.

Lead Assigned – This notification is sent to a user when a lead is assigned to another user within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines.

Assignment Not Accepted – This notification is sent to a user when a lead that has been assigned to another user within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines has not been accepted.

Lead Reassignment Request – This notification is sent to a user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) who was assigned a lead has requested the lead be re-assigned to another user.

Sale Notification – This notification is sent to a user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) changes a lead’s stage to “Sale”.

No Sale – This notification is sent to a user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) changes a lead’s stage to “No Sale”.

Dead Lead – This notification is sent to a user when another user (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) changes a lead’s stage to “Dead”.

Lead Stalled – This notification is sent to a user when a lead task (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) has not been updated and is subsequently past due.

Deleted Lead – This notification is sent to a user when a lead (within their assigned locations, divisions, and pipelines) has been deleted. This notification is only available to users with management permission levels (business manager, business admin, or system admin).
