Managing the Listing Pages
There are three types of listing pages: Lead Listing Pages, Task Listing Pages, and Sample Listing Pages. They can all be sorted, searched, filtered, and organized in the same manner (as described below). You can also export data from the listing pages.
To sort/organize columns, click on the downward pointing arrow button to the right of the column name. A dropdown menu will appear with the options to sort it in ascending or descending order (alphabetically or numerically), hide the column, or pin it to the left or right (lock the column in place as the first column on the left or the last column on the right of the page). To remove a sort, click on the downward pointing arrow button again then click “Remove Sort”. To un-hide a column, click on the menu button on the far right of the screen then click on the name of the column you want to un-hide. To un-pin a column, click on the downward pointing arrow button to the right of the column’s name and select “Unpin”. To move a column, click in the center of the column’s heading and drag it left or right and drop that column into a new place on the listing page.
To search for a customer, click in the blank field in the “Name” column and type the name for which you’re searching.
To filter results, click on the dropdown field or funnel icon underneath the column name to select the specific criterion by which you’d like to filter the listing page results; columns are equipped with either a single option dropdown or a multi-select filter dropdown, which allows multiple criteria to be selected at once for that filter.
To export the leads, tasks, or samples shown on a listing page, click on the Sprocket button in the upper right corner, and select “Export Leads”, “Export Tasks”, or “Export Samples”, depending on the listing page being viewed. An excel document containing all of the leads, tasks, or samples listed on the screen will automatically be downloaded to your computer.
To reset the filters, click on the “Refresh Filters” button at the top of the dashboard to clear all filters. To clear individual filters, click on the “x” to the right of the filter selection or search term.
To refresh the page and capture all of the changes you have made, click on your browser’s refresh or reload button.
