Managing the Company Listing Page
To view the Company Listing Page, click on the menu button on the far left of the page. This is where you can view all listing pages. At the bottom of the tray, in the Customer Management section, you’ll see “Companies”. Click on this to be taken to the Company Listing Page.
Please note: Depending on your User Role, you can also view the Deleted Companies listing page by clicking on “Deleted Companies”.
A dropdown menu will appear with the following options when you click on the downward pointing arrow button to the right of the column name:
You can sort the column in ascending or descending order (alphabetically or numerically).
To remove the sort, click on the downward pointing arrow again and select “Remove Sort”.
To hide the column (making it no longer visible on page), click on the hide column button.
To un-hide the column, click on the menu button on the far right of the page and click on the name of the column that you want to un-hide. You can hide and un-hide multiple columns from this menu. If there is a check mark next to the column name, it is showing on the page. If there is an “x” next to the column name, it is hidden.
To pin a column, click on the pin left or pin right button. Pinning a column holds the column in place as the first column on the left or last column on the right of the page.
To unpin a column, click on the downward pointing arrow again and select “Unpin”.
Please note: you can click and hold any of the columns and drag them into different positions on the page.
To filter the listing page results, click on the dropdown field or funnel icon underneath the column name (where available) to select the specific criterion by which you’d like to filter the listing page results; columns are equipped with either a single option dropdown or a multi-select filter drop down, which allows multiple criteria to be selected at once for that filter.
For instance, if you click on the “Account Executive” funnel icon and select a specific person, it will only show the companies for whom the account executive is the person you selected. Choosing a second name will update the display to include companies associated with both account executives.
To search the listing page results, click in the blank field underneath the column name and type the name or word for which you’re searching.
To reset the page, click on the “Refresh Filters” button at the top of the dashboard to clear all filters and search terms.
